Ciro's Pizza is such a perfect place to have a fundraiser that even if you weren’t thinking of having a fundraiser, you might want to start an organization just to raise some funds here. It’s a great place for your group to connect, and the pizzas pretty much just sell themselves. And with every purchase made, a percentage is donated back to your organization. Sold? Good. How do the fundraisers work?

First, complete the online application. The fundraising coordinator will confirm the date and time of your fundraiser. You do the advertising and promoting for your fundraiser. 20% of qualified sales (pre-tax) will go to your organization. Ciro's Pizza will send a check within 2 to 3 weeks to your organization. Groups are limited to two times per year per restaurant. The success of your fundraiser will be directly related to your group’s efforts to promote the event.

What types of fundraisers do you offer?

All fundraisers are in store fundraisers. Currently, we host events on Mondays and Wednesdays. You pick the date, you promote the event, your supporters present the flyer or (on their phone or printed out) to the cashier.

How can we promote our fundraiser?

Distribute Flyers. Ciro's will design a flyer specifically for your event and send it via email to the fundraiser contact. Your group distributes the flyers to family, friends and supporters to promote your fundraiser. For every flyer that a customer presents, 20% of the sale (pre-tax) will go directly to your organization. Printed flyers MUST be presented at purchase and cannot be combined with another discount or promotion. Flyers cannot be distributed inside Ciro's Pizza, within 100 yards of Ciro's Pizza, or in front of the restaurant before or during the fundraiser.

Word of Mouth. Tell your friends, tell your family, tell your co-workers, tell your kid's baseball team.

Social Media. Post your event on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and blogs. You can even create an event page for it on Facebook.
